In her role as IOSH Vice-President, Louise has been actively promoting the importance of Equality and Diversity across the safety and health profession. At IOSH a more equal, diverse profession is part of our WORK 2022 strategy, which aims to enhance the safety and health profession and to collaborate with the business community and stakeholders in a positive manner. The ultimate aim of the strategy is to create a safer and healthier world of work.
