The team at Hosking Associates are excited to celebrate success on International Women’s Day 2021 [1] and to share our support in creating greater balance in our world of work. By raising our hands high we commit to Choose to Challenge [2] and call out inequality.
In the run-up to International Women’s Day 2021 [1], Louise Hosking [3] took a Leading Safely session with 6 incredibly strong women. This session, specifically for females, was created by RoSPA & L’Oréal designed to coincide with IWD2021. In the safe environment of this session, the women shared personal stories which showed just how far we have to go but can go. It really does only take one conversation at a time and community to make the change we want to see. Choose to Challenge [2] [2]
