Turn environmental performance into service charge savings – can FMs really make a difference?
Team Q, the M&E maintenance company, has joined forces with health, safety and environmental consultancy, Hosking Associates, to deliver its latest CPD event: Turning environmental performance into service charge savings.
The session, which is free to attend, is targeted at FMs and will be held on the 30th September at St James’ Square in London. It will be focused around cost effective compliance and sustainability – looking at smart ideas to budget and realise service charge savings. It will also cover off how the ISO 14001:2015 changes will impact the industry, and include an update on the CDM15 Regulations – one year on and what lessons have been learned. This is a certificated CPD event.
