PEMCO acquires Hosking Associates – Further underpinning PEMCO growth

PEMCO LLP, a leading health and safety consultancy, announces full shareholding ownership of Hosking Associates Ltd. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for PEMCO, as it seeks to further expand its offering as well as its UK footprint.
Established in 2005, Hosking Associates provides a complete independent and bespoke safety, health and environmental (SHE) competent person service. Working across a range of sectors, the company has a long-established and growing client base.
Launched in 2010, PEMCO provides health & safety, learning & development, and wellbeing consultancy. Offering a range of health, safety and risk management services, with specialisms including fire, Legionella, contractor auditing and acting as competent advisor for many organisations across the UK.
Keith West, senior partner and safety lead at PEMCO, said: “We are very excited to announce this acquisition, which will help to further underpin our continued growth.

Louise Hosking has been appointed by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health as their Executive Director of Environmental Health and will be starting in early May. She has resigned from her position as director of Hosking Associates, which Keith West will take over.
